There is a commercial property which has been cleared by the Courts of its existence prior to the year 1995. It is now in a dilapidated condition and if one wants to repair it, do you have to take permission from the BMC or you can go ahead with the repairs?
A notice u/s 3 Z Maharashtra slums rehabilitation act was issued to this property and the court has set aside the Notice. Can this Order of the Court help in getting a Photo pass for this property? This property has been censused.
What is the procedure to apply for a photopass and to whom to apply?
Can the repairs be made without the photopass but only with BMC's permission?
