Note: Manual Patta [ Green Card ]
I'm from chennai. Last Year I purchased a Residential Land and applied for PATTA. Recently I received my Patta, But my name and Sub-Division is written Wrong and I immediately informed to Surveyor. Surveyor also checked in his document and update in my Patta Document and signed. I asked surveyor to re-issue the new Patta. Because Really, I do not know whether Surveyor is having rights to update like this in Patta.
But Surveyor informed it's not a problem and it's no way to affect the ownership of the Property and Surveyor is gave one "UNMAI NAGAL" [Tamil] and written the correct details, signed and given to me.
Could you please advice me., is Surveyor having rights to Update in my Patta Document? Is that Possible for me to re-apply for the Same Patta? (or) it's no need to re-apply and having this patta itself fine?
