But. It's getting unbearable .i am thinking to go to delhi . After reaching there I ll call them and tell them that I have left their house. I will go to indian commission for women . Lodge a complain and then I will search for a job. It it right please suggest me .i hope I am not going against  the law

Biswanath Roy (Advocate)     13 May 2014

No you are not going against the law, but at least  you can lodge  a statement in writing  in the office of local Police Station addressed to the Officer-in Charge narrating the cause for leaving the matrimonial house with the intent of fulfilling your ambition and to live with peace of mind at Delhi so that your husband cannot get any scope to put blame upon your character in near future and Keep a receipted copy of such statement for your future reference.

I think basically your conjugal relationship is not good, may be your husband is not interested in the s*xual relationship with you, thats the reason he is avoiding you or your contacts. May be, since you are educated, you an look for a job and get out of the house and then decide about the next course of action sitting out of your matrimonial house, think.

@Palak, experts have advised you as per best of their knowledge, legal preposition and social standing wherein you are dissatisfied, consequently you have some other query/problem as I observed, all through your post and expert's replies thereto.

You have made up your mind to get out of your matrimonial relation, where every one i.e., husband, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law and their relatives in police including your parents etc. are on the other side of the fence,  (reasons best known to you only which I feel you have concealed from posting here) in these circumstances you may proceed the way you decide but stop this thread.

Dear author,

You have got only one life, you can't experiment your life with bad marriage or a wrong person. So, there is no perfect time to do perfect things. When you have reached your untollerable condition , then and there itself you have got the right to revolt. Life is much beautiful to live as single than with a dead or uncompatible marriage. Now its your time to get freedom, you know the meaning of study. So, do job, earn money and live your life as per your wish, don't go for pleasing these fake societies where two creatures are binded like a toy in a cage even though they are not satisfied with their marriages.

File for divorce under grounds of mental cruelty and non consummation of marriage. If you have any chances of amicable talk for mcd then definitely go for that.don't waste your time.

Good luck and have a bright future ahead.

Regards,

ESIS
