Please suggest

i have got increment but with one clause thet if i will leave the organization before one year the i have to return back that increased amount . it was on a letterhead but there was no co stam .so please tell me is it applicable

Coming to your doubt I'll say don't be afraid .
The clause is void.
Such clause stands valid only in cases of temporary employees.

By signing acceptance of such clause you have given your informed acceptance on such kind of service agreement.

If employer proceeds against you then either you have to resolve the matter with your own skills or lean of seasoned employees/trade unions leaders, officials in dept of Labor, a very able senior LOCAL counsel specializing in Labor/Service matters of unshakable repute and integrity and having successful track record, Tribunal/courts….

If you are member of employees’/ trade unions and/or have ‘Works Committee, Grievance Redressal Committee take up thru them......

 

Or let the time come and cross the bridge when IT comes...
