Dear Sir,
I purchased a LIG DDA Flat in Delhi in November, 2003 through a property dealer and after clearing my all installment and penalties and paying the stamp duty (which was als not paid earlier) in November, 2012, I applied for freehold in DDA but after six months i came to know that due to following reasons my property may not be processed for freehold :
General power of attorney is not registered (although SPA is registered)
I have been waiting since then and everytime i have been assured that the case for the same is processing in Supreme Court and very shortly the positive response come.
Please help me sir and advise me is there any possibility to overcome from this situation.
