kindly guide me . I prepared writ petition with the help of my advocate of mumbai through e-mail as i am in patna right now. Now i want to file it in mumbai high court without going there. can it be possible legally. if yes kindly guide me how. My advocate guided me to get notrised the drafted writ petition from any notary at patna and send it through courier however he is also little bit confuse in this regard. Kindly guide me how can i avoid journedy and file my writ in bombay high court.
