Property purcahe in others name is it legal

Dear Sir I have purchase a property in other's name due to some documentation issue. Now he/she demanding this property is her. Should I ladge acase against her... in what ground I can fight legally. Pls suggest. Thanks in advance

you should file civil case. How can it be police complaint.
