Which personal law applies in your case?

Or Are you all Hindu?

The said property is agricultural land, rural, Urban, or it is a building?

Who was original title holder/owner?

Who is testator that signed will in favor of Lady i.e your mother as in Query?

Has the WILL been duly acted upon without any cloud on IT and property mutated in name of beneficiary in the WILL i.e the Lady as in the query?

Who is principle that has signed GPoA, SPoA in your favor? What is the relation of Principle with you and the Lady?

Is principle alive?

Is this principle owner of property that was disposed by WILL in favor of the Lady?

The property narrated in WILL and GPoA, SPoA is same?

Which was signed 1st; GPoA, SPoA or WILL?

Was WILL cancelled later before or after signing GPoA, SPoA?

Is testator and principle as in query alive?

The property is in which state?

Confirm!

Post full facts of the matter.
