Public prosecutor, private advocate

I am not an advocate. I have some knowledge in this matter of seeking private advocate for fighting my case.On the basis of a  CMP filed against my brother for signature forgery, Police charged the case after confirming my signatures are forged. Now I have hired a private advocte to fight the case. He need to take the permission of the trial court. There is a vedict by the previous CJI in connection with this. It is Dhariwal Industries Ltd. V/s Kishore Wadhwani & others in Criminal Appeal No. 859 of 2016. 

Any body please tell me , if i am not happy with the public prosecutor's work and if i am feeling that he is not fighting on my behalf then can i ask the court to provide me an other public prosecutor in his place?
