Purchase of property under litigation

Near Bangalore, My client has un knowingly purchased an agicultural property for which an OS for claim from some family members was pending.

The seller ( one of the respondents ) has suppressed the fact and sold the property. Now the decree deciding for share of property for claimants has already been passed. When some one visited the property to measure the property, my client has come to know that there is a litigation. At no stage, my client has received any intimation from court and litigating parties. Also my client is not made party to the dispute.

Now Final Decree Petition ie. FDP is pending in court. We have to intervene as Objector. Under what acts and clauses we need to file objection for FDP and the OS suite?

Can any one suggest any citations from Karnataka High court and Supreme court on such cases.
