I need a clarification on Legal Metrology ( Packaged Commodity) Rules 2011. If a company has 2 manufacturing addresses in Chennai and one address in Delhi then can a PAN India registration under Rule 27 as a packer be done together for all the four addresses in Chennai? The registered office of the Applicant is in Chennai. Or should be apply before Comptroller of Legal Metrology, Delhi?
