Query on Mutual Divorce

Dear Sir

i am having a doubt, wife may try to claim once again ancestor property even after final settlement and on papers same was mentioned that ,Amount equivalent to my son share is Given to her.Even She had agreed that she had taken that amount and in future there would be no claim from her or no claim through son.

pls let me know what way I can protect My ancestors property. what all points should be included on paper's ,so that she or Through son it cannot be claimed.( I have Agreed to give same amount of money which is equivalent to sons share, to her)
Asking this only because I am emotionally attached to ancestors property, no other intention.

Send you Memorandum of understanding at the time of mutual consent divorce, so that  can go though and come up with advice.
