Review Petition in the same court.      Appeal in the High Court.

just a clarification-
what happens if the winning party goes ahead with a EP. is it possible to get stay order from high court before  EP is dispsoed?
how long does it usually take to get immediate stay from high court these days?

You can get Stay immediately after the High Court admits your Memorandum of Appeal.      But it's the discretion of the High Court.      Your Appeal may be allowed and your stay application may be rejected.
