changing my lawyer

In a civil suit my counsel is not following my instructions and I asked him to return my file with a NOC so that I can appoint a new counsel . But he is not responding and dilly-dallying the matter . What should I do to get rid of him to appoint a new counsel for me ?

you take certified copy of all our document from court and appear before the magistrate with new counsel
