Register property

I want to register apartment after i purchased, i am not have very healthy relation with my wife and my father in law's, or wife's brother. They are very much greedy people including my wife. I want to register my apartment, please advise under whose name should i register it to just to be safe with my greedy in-laws. For info i am having 2+ years old son. Get married 4 years back. Previously my wife put fabricated false case against me and my mother. After personal discussion among family elders last 2 years back i am my wife living together. But still she plays drama for the money and gold, run away from house,etc.
