I had purchased a flat in Mumbai but could not register the agreement due to dispute with the builder although I have paid full stamp duty under amnesty scheme of the govt. I now want to register the agreement but the builder has vanished due to other frauds and could not be traced. Under the circumstances pl. advice as to how I can register the agreement and the the documents / procedure for the same. I want to do it my self.
