I worked for 3 month (as a Fresher )in one company in Bangalore. There was a probation period for 4 month. So while resigning, they accepted my resignation. And i worked for 2 week notice period. Now when i asked for exp & releaving letter ; they are deniding simply beacuse of the reasion that I have to searve for min. 6 month. But this thing is not written anywhere including in my appointment letter.

then can i leagally claim for my releaving & exp. letter or not ?

As i am going for another company, i need this document.

Thanks for you reply.

According to my terms & conditions of appointment letter, I worked for 2 weeks notice period. And it doesn't mention about the relieving letter policy.

So i have a legal rights for claming relieving letter or not ?

Since you have fulfilled the terms and conditions of the agreement, the company is bound to issue the R.O. to you. The options available for you is to approach the Court which is not advisable since you have only three months service; second.. you persuade the HR dept in convincing terms to issue RO.
