Renewal of leave and license agreemnt

I have flat in ahmedabad which was given on leave and license agreement for 11 months. The 11 months have passed last month only and now the leasee want to continue for 3-4 more months without renewing the leave and license agreement and he is paying the rent on monthly basis. Is it ok to let him continue without lease being renewed. what are the consequences involved if we continue without renewal what is process for eviction Kindly reply and i am not having much knowledge of law.

It advisable to renew lease agreement after expiry of the last lease periods as per the new condition. You can renew it for 3 or 4 month also.

As  far as eviction process  is concerned it starts with filing a civil suit at the civil court of competent jurisdiction.

It is better to reduce everything in writing and PROPERLY.

Ask your own very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in rent matters and having successful track record ….. and worth his/her salt … on renewal and eviction.
