2.usage of different words is no ground to escape from the legality of the agreement.

4.not necessary ,you can even by the stamp on the day when you are willing to execute the agreement.

5.nope,presence of that person is necessary during the time of registration of the agreement but he can appoint any person through special power of attorney which can be made in any place and can send by post for the appointment of the spa holder.

6.you can buy stamp from any where but the enteries are necessary to made in the vendors register of both parties with signature .

1.please brief that what is major difference in lease agreement and lease rent agreement and rent agreement . what should  be made in routine residential property rent agreement for 11 month

2.for example if rent agreement start for 11 month from 1 aug 2012 and due to any circumstance anybody could not buy stamp paper on 1 aug or earlier and purchase stamp on 2 aug or after so it legal or not for lease rent agreement

3. is supreme court has cancelled of 6 moth expiry of stamp and permitted to use any date,s stamp paper for any purpose
