I am from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I am planning to buy a house which is for sale. Its worth is Rs.20 lakhs.
My question is that I want to get that home financed through bank. What are the process for registration of flat including stamp duty, etc. And can I save any money by stating the property worth a little lower and paying the party in cash. What is going to be the additional cost of house for registration & stamp duty apart from its price including all leagal formalities.
