rights on property children in first wife and second wife

you and your step mom has equal rights in your father's property.He has brought this property befor he married ...u told .that means it is his self earned property.So if he makes a Will fovouring some one then he/she would get it.then 

Do  she have any rights on my father property    ---   yes.

Do we have any rights on the property of my Step mom as she dont have any kids   ---   yes, but her perental side has the first right in case of no kids.

who will be legal heirs of a hindu married woman who has deceased and  who has left  two boy children and husband,(husband got remarried) and guide whether husband  will be  legal heir
