I would like to know about the rules for FDI getting a land in Kerala state. The purchaser is a foreign company or he will purchase as individual whichever is appropriate.
Kindly suggest me to whom should I contact to get more details about land registration under FDI policy.
Can they set up a branch office in India and purchase the land or individually he can own directly ?
