is a legal notice for recovery of sale price alongwith the sale tax valid?
A seller in Maharashtra sold some products to a buyer in chennai..
invoices were issued, delivery was done..
The buyer defaults in paying sale price and also fails to issue the c-form
due to which now the seller becomes liable to pay the state rate (differential) sales tax..
how does he recover the same from buyer....
