OK sir thnx..... But after withdraw sec. 9 if she ignored and file other case on me like dowry act. as I know them And I m sure they are waiting for this. Then sec. 9 witch I withdraw now, will help me anymore.???

She have said to you to withdraw the suit so there may be less chance to file a suit for dowry under the act , have you done any wrong to her? if no then make a strong desire that she will come back ! God bless! get into previous stage as existed earlier.

Dear sir as pr your suggestion I called her and talk about sec. 9 that I will withdraw. Now she told me OK but I will not leave my parents u should come here. If u agree then OK otherwise I will go to police and file a FIR against you then you and will go to the jail.

U mean I leave everything and go to her place.... Good joke.... Here in her absence my relatives can go to my home and they can take care of my father. But In dehradun I don't hv any relative. And my wife don't want that my father stay with us. So how u think that she will take care of my father. She want me that I leave my place and my father and stay with her in her place. So now I have a question that can u leave your parents only because of ur wife. If yes............. Bullsh*t.............

Why your wife said you being put in prison? What is the reason? If you cannot afford them, sorry to say please give her maintenance,there is no possible option that I can find
