Seeking details for trust/society registration in kolkata

We are In a stage to school from class 1-12 ICSE

i just wish to know ..

do we have to register a trust or society ??

if trust .. will it be private or public .. ?? what documents is needed ?

if society let me know whole process

is there any lawyer from kolkata available on this website so i can speak to them and start the process ..
