My grandfather was the owner of industrial property in Okhla. After his death the property was divided between his two sons 50% share each according to his will. After that the property was transfered to his both sons via convenyce deed. This property is 390 Sq.Yards and has basement + ground floor + first floor + terrace. In 2010 my father sold the first floor and transfered the rights of terrace in favour of his brother. Currently my father and his brother having 50% share in basement + groung floor measuring 5200 sq.ft. Now we want sell our share of this undivided property. My father's brother is not in favour of selling this property and not ready for partition. Kindly suggest the solution.
