Separation policy

Hi, I am currently working with BPO in Noida from past 6 years. Now I got another good opportunity in same sector but they want me join within 1 month. Notice period in my current organization is of 2 months. Now the issue is that my current employer is not accepting my resign and forcing me to serve full 2 months notice period stating they have peak in process. I am ready to serve 1 month notice period and buyout the rest. Please assist as I really don't want to loose the opportunity.

Dear Isr,

You are bound by employment terms and conditons given in the appointment letter. Try to amicably resolve by discussion.

Your employer is right.

If you desert, you'll be liable to legal actions.

If you don't want to give Notice, you can. most probably, deposit basic pay of two months and give one-day Nptice.
