Service Certificate

Hello All,

I have worked with broking firm for 10 months in the period 2004-2005. I was under probation for 1 year, but I have served notice period for 26 days before I leave the company ( dont have a copy of it though ).

Unfortuanately due to my ignorance I have not completd the F&F formalities before I leave the company. Since an year ago I was trying to rectify & complete the final formalities ( better late than never ) , but the HR says they were not allowed by board rules to give relieving letter,

I expressed my willingness  to apology  for my ignorance & do the needful form to complete the formalities, but the HR is not offering any help.

I request this forum to advice how can I get the relieving letter from the later and are there any legal help available in this regard.

Thanks

Chand

A lot of time has elapsed and you didn't took any action within a period of 3 years of releving from ur job and all of a sudden have awoke so no scope left legally. You can just request and pray the relevant authorities to do the needful.
