Legal action can be undertaken only when some injury has been suffered by the HIV affected person. It depends on nature of harassment. Please mail me all facts on basu_kunal@hotmail.com

If the patient, say, is denied a job on grounds of his having HIV/ AIDS even though he is qualified for it, a cause of action may arise
