if an HIV patient is laughed at and harrased socially than what legal action can be taken in such case??

Legal action can be undertaken only when some injury has been suffered by the HIV affected person. It depends on nature of harassment. Please mail me all facts on basu_kunal@hotmail.com

If the patient, say, is denied a job on grounds of his having HIV/ AIDS even though he is qualified for it, a cause of action may arise
