society nuisance

hi all,

we have a person in our colony who is a nuisance to many members of the colony.

he is known to cause damage to property (mainly cars parked) in the colony but the watchemen refuse to testify against him for shear fear as he often threatens them

many members have filed complaints(N.C's) against him but the police have not taken any serious action for want of evidence i guess

guess an N.C only entitles the police to ask this person to visit them and he is often left after a pep talk.

while there are other means available to handle him, we would like to follow the legal way as his family seems to be well versed with legal issues due to the frequent visits to the police station for complaints filed against him.

kindly advise.

take a video or photograph of the nuisance  and make complaint to the higher officials(superintendent of police or commissioner of police) with proof.  They definitely take action.  If they failed approach the  highcourt for proper remedy
