Resently the Mahaashtra govt. had issued a gr. on 2nd March 2010 for recruiting the special staff for removing encroachments in its jurisdiction. My question is if a high court ask mahanagar palica to submit a report which tells that the occupants on the land in question are authorised or unauthorised. For that the municipality ask survey department to get boundary marks of the land in order to submit the report . The survey department request police force to the municipality. the municipality refuses as the land is a private land and they have no provision for the expencess. Who should bear the cost. what is the purpose of recruitting the police force. when it is the mistake of the municipality who allowed the encrochment. by sanctioning the plan.By submitting a wrong / erronous city survey map.
