Speedy trial

Dear Experts,

What are the grounds on which court grants order for speedy trial in family matters on day to day basis within 6 months ?

Any example or case where speedy tial has been allowed and the grounds like,mental trauma,any disease,age,small child look after etc.

Please advise.
