Dear Sir/ Madam (s),
I am facing an issue that I am not able to find any law on the subject that:-
If anyone (referred as client) has booked a flat in an Group Housing Society (GHS) situated in uttar pradesh (Ghaziabad), and the said GHS is under construction and if the said client wishes to sell/ transfer/ assign/ give right of purchase of his booking to some other person then does this transaction attract stamp duty????? under india stamp act as applicable in uttar pradesh. And Why and Why not???
What provisions of law of law are involed????
KINDLY GUIDE ME.... Its very urgent for me to know asap.
