I have recently sold a flat, but due to societies objection we have to get the sale agreement cancelled.
I am aware that we can ask for refund of the stamp duty, what i would like to know is, instead if i am selling the flat again to another buyer can we use the same amount or if ealier buyer is buying another apt can he use the same stamp duty paid as we are getting the deed cancelled.
