Dear Alls,
I have a flat at Baramati Dist: Pune, MS, India, I want to enter an agreement for leave & licence in the month of Feb 2015, As iam going abroad for job, can i make franking of Rs. 100/- & prepare agreement & sign the same? In feb 2015 at the end of the agreement , it will be signed by the teneant.Pl. guide me.

Sir,
The stamped and executed document should be lodged for registration within four months of the date of execution, else a penalty is imposed. Both the parties, the licensor and the licensee should be present before the Registrar at the time of registration of the agreement of Leave & License.
You can execute a special power of attorney in favour of your relative, he/she can execute the Leave & License agreement on your behalf.
