status of i/a

husband fails to pay interim maintenance and the court struck off the main divorce case for his default..what happens to the i/a?. still live and wife can claim maintenance or it too got struck off?

Vague, incomplete and confusing facts.

If you have lost faith in your lawyer it would be better to consult another local prudent lawyer with relevant records for appreciation of facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding

@jc vashista ,@sankar narayanan dear experts, in a divorce case filed by husband the court ordered an interim maintenance amount of 10000 rs per month and it was also mentioned in the order the main case would be struck off on failure of the payment. the husband failed to pay and the court struck off the main divorce case filed by the husband. Now in this situation whether the i/a still exists and wife can file ep on that or i/a stands cancelled due to struck off of the main case.
