Surname difference is acceptable for passport

Hello all,

I have two issues.

1. I completed my 10th in 2002. In my 10th marks list my surname is wrongly printed. I dont know at that time, and later days i didn't bother about it. But now i want to apply for the Passport. For that one I have to submit the father's documents also. There the surnames are different. my surname is printed as YELMANCHILI and my father's is YALAMANCHILI. One letter 'E' was mistakenly printed instead of 'A'. How to over come this? All my supported documents have that (wrong) surname only.

2. My full name is "SRI SESHA SOWRI MIHIR YELAMANCHILI". But in my 10th class it is printed as "S.S.S.MIHIR YELAMANCHILI", in driving licence it is "Y S S S MIHIR", in Pancard "Y S SOWRI MIHIR". Is this become obstacle to apply for passport? Really my mind upset with these issues. How to apply for passport by clearing all these issues?

Thanks for your patience for reading my problem. Help is highly appriciated.

Thank you.
