Urgent guidance needed

Is it legal to sell current ciculatory currency notes due to fancy serial numbers (111111 / 786786 or else)? Like if a serial number of a 100 rupee note is 786786, then can it be sold at a price higher to its actuall value? Is it legal to advertise and auction such notes which are actually minted for circulation by the RBI?

Is there any SLP filed by any one against Supreme Court order on Hindu Succession Act 2005 on daughters right whose father died before 2005. if yet not can i file SLP on the basis of 14/08/14 Bombay High Court double bench order on sec 6 which gave true justice first time to all suffering females deprived from their rights due to all time baised legislatures and Laws. This supreme court order is against constitutional right. At least new amendment or Law must be inacted ordering daughter and property should be alive on 14/08/14 and rest all other features remain same.Kindly inform or guide me in this regard. Thanxs.

Darshan Shah yes its legal in a way since there is no law prohibiting such sale. If law permits sale of old notes for collection which are still legal tenders then naturally new notes can also be sold at premium.

But it is indeed harmful for the economy as you are truncating the free flow of money. Hence better not to sell or even buy.
