I had filed sec -9 in Nov 2007
She has filed sec-24 in June 2008
She has filed 498a ect in Aug 2008
Section 9 reply filed in Aug 2010
She had filed section 27 in dec 2010
Then after I had filed sec 340 in feb 2010 based on her salary slip, appointment letter and attendance record recived through RTI (she had lied in court proceedings on oath that she is unemployed where as she was very well working from 2007 and still working there and she has not come in court n no of time and sended adjoment stating that she is not well ect ect. but was present in school on those dates ( 7 time)
My Q is :
If I wiredraw Section 9 and file section 13 then my 340 will work or not
