My wife is separated from me since one year (on proof). We lived together after marriage for some days and then I moved to a different country for work. Though she has got all the travel documents she is not willing to come.
I have filed a RCR, as per my lawyer’s advice and she has not replied yet.
Please tell me what kind of allegations she can make on me? We have talked only on phone and no physical contact since one year (on proof). How long it may take for the RCR to convert in to divorce case? How long the divorce case can be stretched normally?
Any other suggestions which will help in the fast proceedings? Any proof which I should start collecting in advance?
The girl has no kind of proof to show any kind of mental / physical torture or any dowry case.
We have tried to talk with them but they just want to stretch the matter for their own cause.
Please help!
