Hi i m From Uttar pradesh. I m land owner. I wanna sell my farming land around 3 Bigha. in Oct 2012 i Got purchaser only for 2 Bigha land so i m ready to sell a land, after then they give me advance as 50,000 from my total price and i were signed a sell agreement and they take my photo and sign on that agreement. Now the land are not only on my name after my dad death my mom and me only succesor for that. So following point should be noted as.
1) Agreement signed by me Not by mom.
2) Agreement written as only 13.5 lakh are due from 14 lakh because of advance.
3) In Agreement there are no any time period declared for selling.
4) In agreement shown as if seller are not agree to sell him then they submitt surrender amount in court and get land.
5) In any case they take legal action against me.
So after the repeated request by us for compelition of contract, they not give me date for selling land and after i talk with him they tell me if i sell land any body else then they suit on me and also get a panelty on me arround 20 Lakh so what i do in that case please suggest me.
