Dear Lawyers,
I am interested in one of the free-hold plot under 'Gram Panchayat' which falls under 'Agricultural Non-Development' zone. The plot is on 'Village Boundry' road. The widdth of the 'Village Boundry' road is currently 20Ft. The area is proposed to be converted to R-Zone and will be included in Pune Municipal Corp limits soon. I have following questions-
1. By any chance, is it possible that the road will be widened in future by Municiple Corp.?
2. If yes, will I get compensation against the lost land either in form of Money or FSI?
3. Is it adivasble to go for the deal?
4. What are Municiple Corp's rules (laws) about Village Boundries? (Any link will also help)
