During a function at my house, this lady who is about 60 yrs. old came and kissed me. I want to take action against this woman. Is any action possible as per IPC or any other law? Any information is welcome.

Don't be very rude and barbaric to go up to the extend of taking action.Just thank her. Just imagine if you take action for kissing you, what others will think of you? Be cool.
