i m xyz belongs from xyz. I was
working as a instrument engineer in nodia. My mom-dad r searching a
good groom for me n one day they went to xyz n
met with xyz(father in law) n xyz(mother in law) on that time both were
saying that my My son xyz(my husband) has done B.tech. in CS & IT from
xyz
IT Company,Noida had joined at InterraIT,NOIDA.At
present he is living in Noida.We are looking for an educated partner
from a good family those are a blend of both traditional and modern
value. after that i got engaged with xyz on **-**-2010 n i got
married with xyz on **-**-2010 in my marriage my father gave
a big amount with ornaments met the expenses of hotel etc.n when i
went to my sasural my husband , mother in law
father in law n sister in law started
taunting for not giving santro car in dowry n they all become angry
and tourcherd me mentally , physically and inhuman manner. after that i
came to maika in vidai and again on **-**-2010 when my husband n
in-laws came to my maika for vidai they all made demand of santro car
from my father n who expressed his incapability to give car and gave
Rs. *****/- cash for purchasing motor bike. after that on **-**-2010
i went to ****, ****-***** and all the expenses of this tour was
met by my family members. n after that when i lived in ***** with my
husband , my husband late at night and on inquiry by me from husband
, he used to beat me, On 2 **** 2011 my husband booked a Activa Honda on
payment of Rs. ******/- only but again was demanding for Car. and after
that i got certain papers and photographs in house while cleaning the
house which showed that my husband had already married himself with an
Italian girl ****** and marriage certificate was issued by the
Additional District Magistrate ***** on **.**.2007 I got
visa-passport of Italian lady n also i realized when i m living with
my husband that he is impotent n they all concealed this and commited
fraud only for getting dowry Rs. ******/- along with other items.
n when i asked form my in laws they called me to sasural and there
they threatened me and asked for return of papers other wise they will
killed when i refused to give papers they jointly abused me and
forcibly clothes in my mouth, beat me and with the intention to kill
me they pressed my neck and took out of ornaments and my mobile phone
and locked me in the room. then i apprehended that they will kill me
or give me poison , therefore on getting opportunity on ** February,
2011 , i left my in laws houses and came to (maika) , and also i have
to come to know that my husband and my father-in-law are in habit of
getting simple and innocent girl in such type of activity involved and
my life is not safe in company on my in-laws, therefore, i prayed for
legel action
after in these problems when i research for my husband n in-laws i got
mobile no. of Italian girl n after taking with this lady i realized
that they all
doing fraud not only with an Italian n also with others like me this crime is
not only india level crime but also international level crime after talking
with this lady she send me many type proof of her marriage n she
wants to do help me after that i filled a case to my inlaws n husband after that they went to jail aprox 6 month but when they came back from jail my father in law filled a fraud case against me in it section that i did hack his id and take many mail from his id then i manupulate and used to against him , after that i m not able to understad what should i do please suggest me
