what to do

I have filed divorce and given address right in the petition. first notice was not served and reason was addresse not present. now what to do
1 if she is not receiving notice
2 in case she have changed her address but the home belong to his parents

you can directly proceed before the family court.
there's no compulsion for notice.
now, you have to file divorce case before the family court.
if she doesnt appear, the proceedings will be ex parte. Better your lawyer do it.

sir applied for the divorce but 2 dates have passed n she didn't received the notice/summon of court and as per lawyer the acknowledgement have mentioned that addresse not in the mentioned address
how much time will court take for ex parte

There are other modes for effecting service.
