Which is the legal document for the proof of religion

What kind of legal document is accepted as a religion proof. Self declaration of religion is accepted as legal document or not

No proof is necessary for religion. If any one ask that it is must, generally in study certificates the religion of the student will be noted. that is the proof/document. If your parents are educated, the religion must have been noted in their study certificates.
