wife filed false complaint against my younger brother under IPC 354

My wife has falsely accused my entire family of 498a case. during the counselling me and my younger brother had arguments with my wife in front Investigation officer in gokulpuri CAW cell. for revenge she filed a false complaint under IPC 354 alleging that my younger brother inappropriately touched her in CAW cell. and now police is calling my younger brother at police station. I have asked them to watch CCTV footage of CAW cell but they are still calling my brother at police station.

U file private complaint in jmfc court .the court directs them to attend the court.

File RTI Application and seek CD of CCTV footage and preserve it as a record. There is nothing wrong in attending Police Station, once you are called for and it is very difficult to establish that such a crime has taken in public place like Police Station during counseling sessions. Now that your family is already in trouble, avoid arguments as still every one sympathize with fair s*x.
