Registration of will is not required in law .For validate the will,it should be signed by testator in presence of two witnesses and their signature on will as witness is essential.

self and my wife wish to make a joint will bequeathing all assets to the surviving partner and on the demise of the last partner, all assets will be bequeathed to our only daughter.
Questons are :
1. can such a joint will be made or we will have to make separate wills bequeathing to each other?
2. What will be the format of this joint will?
