On aug 14th 2012 my laptop had been stolen from my house.Immediately I lodged a FIR to the local PS Where the officer insisted me to name my maids name as my core suspection to start the case.After that still now I am yet to find my laptop back.In the meanwhile I have decided to withdraw the FIR as it is causing lot of hasselment in my daily course of work.Can I withdraw the FIR.Police is telling that my maid need to get advance bail or she will be taken to police custody which I dnt want.What can be the solution of withdrawing the FIR whithout causing any hasselment to the accused?
