Workarounds for absense from consumer court

i have a case filed against makemytrip in gurgaon for whcih hearings are in progress for last 1.5 years.

i have moved to mumbai since then and every trip to delhi costs good amount whcih I dont see worth spending so thinking of either hiring a lawyer OR if someone of my friend can represent on my behalf. I know hiring lawyer will cost massive amount for a case which I am sure to win and hopefully another 2-3 hearings.

Can someone suggest some good and cheapest way for this?

At what stage is the case? You say that you are sure to win the case. If the case is in the concluding stage you can make written submissions instead of appearing yourselves. Courts take into account written submissions also. Otherwise the cheapest thing would be to request a reliable obliging friend. Anyway if you are not going to appear yourself inform the court about it giving the reason.
